Most of the issues that you discuss with your LifeSolutions counselor, whether it be in person or by telephone, can be resolved within your LifeSolutions benefit allotment. In about 30% of our cases, employees are referred to other resources for additional care. These types of resources range from community-based to physicians, psychologists, or counselors.
LifeSolutions staff will discuss the need for employee referral with you, initiate the referral with you, and follow up to make sure the referral is complete.
In addition, LifeSolutions staff will work with your insurance carrier to make sure that the referral is made to a provider within your health insurance network.
