As part of a provider-owned health care delivery system, LifeSolutions values the participation of every provider who helps us respond to our members’ needs in a broader geographic area. We work hard to make it easy for providers to play this important role.
- You can view the LifeSolutions Affiliate Manual to obtain information about our policies and procedures. Our manual contains information about our organization, the LifeSolutions philosophy, and providers’ roles as LifeSolutions affiliates. You will also be able to view the various types of LifeSolutions referrals you may receive from our regional service center.
