Provides employees and their household members with access to telephone and in-person coaching and counseling for 1-3 sessions per problem/event with optional personalized WorkLife services, on-site training, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD).

• Telephone and/or in-person assessment and referral coaching and counseling (1-3 sessions per problem/event) for everyday challenges, including family and marital concerns, anxiety, depression, stress, and substance abuse

EAP Gold

Provides employees and their household members with access to telephone and in-person coaching and counseling for 1-6 sessions per problem/event. Users can also access optional personalized WorkLife services, on-site training, and Critical Incident Stress Debriefings. On-site services can be included in the “per employee per year” fee or offered separately at an hourly rate.
