Employee Health Appraisals

EAP Solutions, along with the UPMC Health Plan has partnered with WebMD®, a trusted source in online health information, to offer you a comprehensive health appraisal tool. The easy-to-follow survey provides instant results and health advice.

Employee Health Screenings

Choose from a number of tests to include in on-site screenings, such as blood pressure, carbon monoxide, body mass index, cholesterol, and glucose. The test results are immediately shared with your employees by a health educator / coach and can be used to provide additional health education and services.

Healthy Eating Assessments

Registered dietitians will conduct on-site evaluations of current food service, catering, and vending machines and make recommendations based on the successful My Health CafÈ program at UPMC Health Plan.

Health Education Surveys

With our health education needs assessment tools, you can get valuable feedback from your employees before you implement health promotion programs. You will learn what topics and activities interest your employees, plus their time preferences.
