EAP Solutions is a workplace benefit that stretches beyond the walls of the office. It assists employees and their household members to achieve and maintain balance between their home life and work life. EAP Solutions has a range of services—some in person and some by phone or online, all in an effort to help make your life better Each EAP service is confidential and your employer never receives any information about the people who use such services unless those employees specifically release the information.
EAP Solutions services consist of:

  1. Work/Life Services: All employees have access to our 24/7 WorkLife website which has hundreds of pages of work/life balance resources, videos, audio presentations, and webinars. For employers who have purchased upgraded services, employees also have access to:

    • Online resources vailable 24/7, including areas like child and elder care, financial and legal consultation and even pet care. Resource locators, articles, calculators, and self-assessment tools help you find the resources you need. (EAP Gold)

    • Customized resource identification is just a phone call away. EAP Solutions will connect you with a work-life specialist to research the area of need you identify and find resources for you. Information can be emailed and hard copies are sent as well. (EAP Platinum)

  2. Counseling and Coaching: Free and confidential access to a professional, master’s level EAP counselor who can assist employees and their household members with the everyday stresses and/or serious issues that interfere with personal and job performance satisfaction.

    • Day and evening appointments available near home and work.
    • 24 hour emergency telephone access
    • Resource identification and referral

  3. Workplace Services: What distinguishes an EAP from community resources and counseling is EAP’s knowledge and expertise about the workplace. This is available in three ways:

    1. Employee Support at Work: Employees can confidentially call  EAP as a partner in developing successful strategies at work to:

      • Better manage co-worker and/or supervisor relationships
      • Find ways to arrive on time
      • Fully concentrate on the job
    2. Employee Training: EAP provides training to employees to help them build effective working relationships and learn how to work smarter, not harder.

      Sessions are requested by the manager, Human Resources, or the training department and are conducted to meet clearly established goals.

    3. Manager Consultation: The EAP is there to confidentially support managers in supporting employees. We are the workplace partner that can assist with:

      • Development of effective communication strategies
      • Referral of an employee with job-performance issues to EAP
      • supporting for a department dealing with change.
