Richard S. Citrin, PhD, MBA, Vice President

Richard S. Citrin, PhD, is a licensed psychologist with over 25 years of clinical and management experience in health care. He received his BA from Ohio State University, his MBA from the University of Dallas, and his PhD from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Dr. Citrin is a leading advocate of the philosophy that an EAP serves as both an employee benefit and an employer service. He recognizes that the goal of an effective EAP is to improve employee health and workplace productivity. Under his leadership at Corphealth, EAP won the prestigious EAP Digest Quality Award for EAP Excellence in 2003 for its service to the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway.
